Sales — Launch division

Every enquiry worked. Every appointment recorded.

Indigo Automotive's role is not to replace the dealership salesperson. It removes the repetitive, time-sensitive lead-management workload that's easily interrupted by showroom activity.

What Sales covers

Rapid lead response

Respond to assigned digital and phone enquiries within an agreed service window using the customer's preferred permitted channel.

Lead qualification

Confirm vehicle interest, purchase timeframe, location, trade-in status, preferred communication method and the next useful step.

Appointment setting

Secure a genuine date and time or defined arrival window, record the reason for the visit and prepare a clean handover to the dealership.

Appointment confirmation

Confirm vehicle availability with dealer systems or staff, issue reminders and reduce weak or unconfirmed bookings.

Multi-touch follow-up

Use an agreed cadence across phone, SMS and email. Continue until the customer converts, opts out, becomes future business or reaches the campaign endpoint.

Missed-lead recovery

Recontact enquiries that were unanswered, unallocated, mishandled or closed prematurely.

Database reactivation

Run structured campaigns across aged leads, unsold showroom traffic, lost opportunities and previous customers where consent permits.

After-hours and overflow coverage

Provide defined coverage during evenings, weekends, campaigns, staff absence and high-volume periods.

Inbound call conversion

Answer or return eligible sales calls, qualify intent and ask for the appointment or agreed next commitment.

CRM management

Log attempts, conversations, preferences, appointment details, follow-up dates and outcome codes in the agreed system.

Sales-team handover

Give the nominated salesperson a concise brief covering customer intent, vehicle, trade, timing, concerns and agreed next step.

Performance reporting

Report response time, contact rate, appointment rate, show rate where supplied, and dealer-reported sold outcomes.

The Indigo lead standard

  • Every assigned compliant lead enters an agreed workflow.
  • Every genuine conversation aims for a clear next commitment.
  • Every appointment has a date, time or defined arrival window and a recorded purpose.
  • Every outcome is recorded consistently.
  • Every opt-out is honoured immediately.

No promise of 100% contact, appointments or sales — the promise is disciplined effort, visibility and accountability.

A defined pilot, not a long contract

We offer a defined pilot rather than a long contract on first contact. The final price, volume, channels, hours, data access, reporting and compliance scope are all confirmed with you before activation.

Metrics and benchmarking

The full funnel, not a single appointment percentage without context.

Large US dealership studies provide directional benchmarks: approximately 40% of contacted internet leads set an appointment, around 75% of contacted phone leads set an appointment and roughly 59% of appointments show. These are international reference points, not Australian averages. As soon as sufficient client data exists, Indigo replaces borrowed benchmarks with your dealership's own baseline.

Trust and operating boundaries

Dealer authority and permitted use of dealership systems and customer data is documented before work begins.

Australian Privacy Principles, Spam Act, Do Not Call rules and applicable New Zealand requirements are followed.

Customer consent, communication preferences and opt-outs are recorded accurately.

Role-based system access and minimum necessary customer information only.
