Privacy Policy

How Indigo Automotive collects, uses and protects your information.

This is a draft policy pending full legal review. It is published so that consent can be properly captured ahead of Indigo's dealer-facing services; final wording will be confirmed before commercial launch.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through this website — including the dealership review form — we collect the details you provide, such as your name, dealership, role, contact details and information about your current enquiry volumes and systems. We do not ask for customer lists, credentials or commercially sensitive information through public forms.

How we use it

Information you submit is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange a dealership review, and, where a pilot proceeds, to deliver and report on the agreed service. We do not sell your information, and confidential dealership information is never shared with a competing dealership.

Marketing communications

Any marketing SMS or email we send will identify Indigo Automotive as the sender and include a working unsubscribe option, consistent with Australian consent requirements.

Data separation between dealerships

Each partner dealership is onboarded with its own permissions, workflows and access controls. Communications and outcomes are logged for the authorised dealership service only, and access is removed at the end of an agreement in line with our data-handling procedures.
