I've spent 25+ years working in automotive dealerships—not building software, but running operations, managing sales teams, optimizing service departments, and solving the daily challenges that come with dealership life. I've been in the trenches.
Indigo Automotive was born from frustration with software that doesn't understand what dealers actually need. I've worked with countless systems that were built by people who had never worked a deal, never managed a workshop, never felt the pressure of month-end targets.
Now, I'm building the platform I always wished existed—designed by someone who's lived every aspect of dealership operations. While I'm supported by advisors with 100+ years of software expertise to ensure technical excellence, every feature decision comes from real dealership experience.
This is a solo venture with big ambitions. I'm currently seeking 5 Brisbane-based dealerships as founding partners for a 90-day launch program. Together, we'll refine the platform to ensure it solves real problems, not theoretical ones.
