Charging · Find a Charger
Coming soonFind a charger
We're building an Australian charger database designed around the questions drivers actually ask, and Evie, our AI assistant, will be able to use it to help you plan where to stop.

What the database will include
Where the data exists, each charging location will show:
Location and access
Address, opening hours, and any access restrictions such as customers-only or residents-only parking.
Network
Which network operates the site, and the app or card you'll need to start a session.
AC or DC, and speed
Whether chargers are AC or DC fast, and their rated power in kW.
Connectors
Type 2, CCS2 or CHAdeMO, and whether the cable is attached (tethered) or BYO.
Number of chargers
How many plugs are on site, and how many can be used at once.
Availability
Live or recent availability where the network shares it.
Approximate cost
The pricing model and an indicative price, with a link to the network's current rates.
Payment
App, RFID card, or contactless card at the charger.
Vehicle compatibility
Notes on which vehicles can use the site, including any network-specific access.
Amenities and destination info
Toilets, food, shade and things to do nearby while you charge.
In the meantime
Each major network has its own app or online map showing its sites, and many show live availability. Your car's built-in navigation may also list chargers and, in some models, plan charging stops automatically.
Third-party apps and route planners combine several networks in one map, and community check-ins can help you spot a charger that's out of service. Always confirm current status and pricing in the operator's own app before you rely on a site.
How Evie will help
Once the database is live, you'll be able to ask Evie questions like "I'm at 25% and heading toward the Gold Coast. Where should I charge?" and get suggestions that consider your route, the charger's speed and connectors, and what's nearby.
